Hi, I'm Nathan Woodcock, the founder of N-Tech Solutions.  I started this business in September 2007 after working at other computer support companies locally and overseas.  In those other businesses I often felt unable to work with my clients the way I wanted to, unable to provide the level of service and support because of the focus on billable hours.  What I've discovered over the years is that while most businesses talk about service, most of them don't understand what it really means to provide it. 

With N-Tech Solutions, the focus has always been on great service.  This means we think about what you as a home user or business client really need, not what we'd like to sell.  We consider what you are trying to achieve in any given support situation and don't just fix the problem, we think about ways you could do things better, smarter, more efficiently and more cheaply, even if it means less support work for us!  I take the long term view, focussing on building a relationship with you based on our key qualities - integrity, skill and communication - rather than trying to maximise billable hours on any particular job.  I also talk in plain English - no computer jargon,  and have a knack for explaining unfamiliar concepts in layman's terms so you'll always come away with a full understanding of what we are doing and why.
